Thick film heaters

Printed in our class 10,000 clean workshop. Dielectric, conductive, resistive and protective layers are screen-printed onto a substrate and fired at high temperature, giving fast response and high power density in a flat, compact heater.

Tubular & cartridge heaters

Tubular heaters are a mature, efficient and reliable route for automotive thermal management, for both high- and low-voltage systems. Cartridge heaters are a compact tubular variant with high dielectric strength that are simple to assemble.

Aluminum casting heaters

The heating element is cast into an aluminum heat exchanger that warms the coolant. The large heat-dissipation area in a small package extends the life of the element. Cast at our Jiangshan base with 1.2 million units a year of capacity.

Flexible heaters

Thin heaters on PET, PI, non-woven or silicone rubber that bend and bond to curved part surfaces and spread heat evenly.

Plants and capacity

Hangzhou leads engineering and series production. Two branch bases add dedicated capacity, including a plant in Thailand for customers who need supply from outside China.
